VC Privé is a specialized investment bank which provides accredited private and institutional investors and advisors with information about, and introductions to, top tier venture capital, private equity, hedge and other alternative asset funds. This is our only business, and we strive to be known as the blue-chip brand in our arena.

VC Privé specializes in representing focused, top tier funds that value long term relationships with their investors. We interview hundreds of funds each year and select approximately 1% of the "best in class" to represent. We look for the best funds in different investment sectors, such as cleantech, life sciences, technology and consumer products. We also look for targeted geographic specializations, and unique risk/return and liquidity profiles. We submit all funds to rigorous due diligence screening for track record, transparency, management integrity, and competitive excellence.

VC Privé is unique in making it a priority to open our channel to smaller foundations, endowments, family offices, high net worth individuals, and advisory groups who may otherwise have limited access to restricted fund investment opportunities. While several large institutions number in our investor network, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service regardless of transaction size.

VC Privé is retained by funds under a standard investment banking agreement as their marketing agent. We do not provide investment advisory services or charge any fees to investors, so we create no conflicts of interest and do not compete with existing advisors.
