VC PRIVÉ SERVICES FOR FUNDS

VC Privé provides a full range of assistance to support a fund in achieving its target size and investor profile, typically including:
  • Identification of potential investors through our proprietary network (currently approximately 2500 investor relationships) as well as research specific to the fund value proposition
  • Presentation of fund story through in person, email, phone and videoconference channels, both independently and in conjunction with fund management
  • Facilitation and monitoring of closing process.
Terms are generally commission-based, with a monthly retainer and expense reimbursement component.

VC Privé, either directly or through strategic partners, also offers the following support services on a fee for service basis: (see our Price List for fee-based services)
  • Competitive market research on fund trends and terms
  • Fund positioning, including story articulation and imaging
  • Presentation development, graphics and coaching
  • Ongoing, post-close LP relations and communications.
